COOKING WITH TURMERIC, RED CHILLI POWDER AND SALT (PART 2)
In a dish, spices are used to enhance the taste of the main ingredient/s. I am trying to categorize the dishes (those I know) according to the spices used. I am neither a qualified chef nor a food scientist. I am just jotting down what I have learnt over the years with a hope, somebody may find it useful. In continuation to my last blog, here also I will continue cooking with Turmeric, red chili powder and salt. But now with Paneer (cottage cheese), Eggs, Prawn and Fish. The spices are same. The method is almost same but little bit different for each ingredient. Oil: Any oil can be used. If you like aroma of Mustard oil then it is preferred.
